Local currency settlement is as following:
Firstly，through barter trade to exchange resources for projects, that is, oil, minerals, agricultural products and other characteristic resources of the country where the project is located can be realized through the company trading company platform to solve the problem of project payment.
The second is to convert local currency into RMB through indirect trade, that is, first purchase local characteristic resources with local currency collected under the project, and then transport these characteristic resources back to China for sale, so as to achieve RMB settlement, so as to break the foreign exchange barrier and solve the problem of payment in local currency of the project.
