Investment and financing and comprehensive financial services are the core
business of Hunan Construction Investment Group and a key link in the whole industry chain. The
group pays attention to the dynamic balance between investment and liabilities as well as the
empowering role of capital, and actively participates in the investment, financing, construction,
and operation of municipal roads, highway bridges, power, gas and water supply, rural
revitalization, urban renewal, area development and other infrastructure projects inside and outside
the province.
The group has fully utilized the functions of its existing financial service platforms and completed the construction and operation of several major projects such as Pingjiang-Yiyang Expressway, Yongzhou-Lingling Expressway, and Songya Lake municipal facilities in Changsha. The investment and financing business models such as PPP, BT, BOT, and EPC general contracting are becoming increasingly mature, and capital strength continues to be brought into full play. The group will strengthen its capital operation capability, explore the way of listing the group as a whole, and give priority to the listing of mature entities engaged in sectors such as property management, decoration, installation, and design consulting.
