Cai Dianwei revisits Competitive Wrestling Stadium project in Senegal
At 3 p.m. on July 27, local time in Senegal, Cai Dianwei, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), led an inspection team to revisit the China-aided Competitive Wrestling Stadium project in Senegal in Pikine of Dakar, which was constructed by Hunan No.6 Engineering Co., Ltd., and held a charity donation ceremony.
The Competitive Wrestling Stadium in Senegal is the first modern wrestling stadium in Africa, providing a broader platform for wrestling athletes and enthusiasts. It witnesses the friendly relations between China and Senegal and has become a landmark building in Senegal.
At the charity donation ceremony, the inspection team donated more than 100 sets of learning materials and football equipment to local students and representatives of the football team. The students who received the gifts were overjoyed and expressed their heartfelt gratitude.
Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Sarr, on behalf of the local government and schools, expressed sincere thanks to HCIG’s economic and trade inspection team for their donations and said that they will continue to support the group’s project construction in Senegal.
