Recently, China CEC Engineering Corporation joined hands with Zhongxiang Intelligent Construction Co., Ltd. of Hunan Construction Investment Group to win the bid for the OKIEXPANSION-EPC7BLOCK MESS +1CANTEEN PROJECT, with an estimated total investment of 200 million yuan, achieving a new breakthrough in the international supply chain field. 

The project is located in Sumatra Province, Indonesia, with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters, which are designed to provide more than 3,000 apartments for local industrial workers. 

The first phase of the project has a building area of 16,000 square meters for 500 apartments and a contract amount of 46 million yuan. All of them adopt Zhongxiang's Golden Scaled Armor modular construction system and the Yiliao Market China Building Materials Integrated Supply Chain System. 

Once completed, it will significantly improve the living environment in the park, so as to attract and retain the workforce, enhance production efficiency and enterprise benefits.

The project is located on an island with insufficient infrastructure and weak supply chain capabilities. Many building materials cannot reach the area smoothly, and it is difficult to adopt traditional construction methods. 

Zhongxiang Intelligent Construction, with its leading capabilities in material supply chain integration, integrated housing design and technology, transportation safety management, and on-site implementation and delivery, stood out among numerous domestic and foreign enterprises through multiple stages such as research, price comparison, and bidding, and finally won the bid for this project.

The modular building system takes a single room as a modular unit, integrating structure, enclosure, interior decoration, and equipment pipeline system. All subsystems within the module are prefabricated and installed in the factory. 

On the site, only the external enclosure system needs to be closed and the unit mechanical and electrical pipelines need to be connected to the main line, truly achieving the goal of “building a house like building blocks”.

Relying on HCIG's experience and resource advantages in overseas markets, Zhongxiang Intelligent Construction continues to strengthen its overseas business. It has established an international station to provide integrated services for engineering enterprises, including business freight forwarding, customs, and clearance. 

At the same time, integrating the full product supply chain capabilities of Hunan Liaoxiaomeng Technology and the design, production, and construction capabilities of "Golden Scaled Armor" integrated houses, a "Modular Integrated House R&D Center" has been established. 

Since the beginning of this year, it has conducted business in over ten countries including Mozambique, Indonesia, Laos, Oman, Kyrgyzstan, and Cambodia, with estimated total annual orders worth over 120 million yuan.

In the next step, Zhongxiang Intelligent Construction will focus on promoting the business layout of the overseas international station, give full play to its comprehensive advantages in the supply chain of building materials, labor export, engineering services, integrated housing, etc., improve cross-border service capabilities, help the infrastructure construction in the countries along the “the Belt and Road” Initiative, boost the development of overseas integrated housing business, and create a new business card for “China Construction”.
