HCIG Design Holding unveiled in Kyrgyzstan
The HCIG Design Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Central Asian Office) was unveiled in Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan, on July 15.
Recently, SHICO, together with Hunan Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. and HCIG Design Holding Group, signed the EPC project for Kyrgyzstan’s Eurasian Trade and Logistics Comprehensive Zone (Chuy).
The project consists of a 2-million-square-meter commercial city, a 700,000-square-meter warehousing and logistics center, a large-scale equipment trading center, a bonded zone, and surrounding supporting residential facilities. The contract amount of the Phase I of the project is about US$ 482 million. It is planned to be designed and constructed according to Chinese standards.
The project marks the entry of HCIG Design Holding Group (Central Asian Office) into the Central Asian housing construction market. It will further consolidate Kyrgyzstan’s position as a hub of international trade and transportation in Central Asia, strengthen HCIG’s determination and confidence to implement the “Belt and Road” initiative, show the cooperative pattern of various units of HCIG working together and going global, and contribute overseas strength to helping building Hunan into a highland for the reform and opening up in the inland areas.
