Cai Dianwei, chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), led a delegation to visit Cambodia’s Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training to communicate with Minister H.E.Heng Sour on industrial vocational education and training services.

H.E.Heng Sour welcomed Cai Dianwei and his delegation, and hoped that both sides would strengthen interaction. After introducing the economic and social development status of Cambodia in recent years, he hoped that as a powerful Chinese enterprise, HCIG could participate more in the social and economic development of Cambodia. 

After introducing the basic situation of the group, Cai Dianwei believed that there would be huge development space and cooperation opportunities for industrial integration development projects in Cambodia, and the group could also provide construction strength and services for Cambodia’s national development. 

In the afternoon, Cai Dianwei and his delegation also inspected the urban construction of Phnom Penh and Preah Sihanouk City and the local construction market. On the same day, he also exchanged views with the Cambodian Management team of Banjaran Asset Management Group in Singapore.
