Cai Dianwei visits new Phnom Penh Port
Cai Dianwei, chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), led a delegation to inspect the new Phnom Penh Port, Cambodia and its logistics and surrounding warehousing situation on the morning of January 24.
In the afternoon, they inspected projects in Siem Reap and talked with heads of BCPC Fund Company, and both sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Dr. PIN SOVANNA, chairman of BCPC Fund welcomed Cai Dianwei and his delegation, expressed the cooperation intention with HCIG, and briefly introduced the project situation.
Cai Dianwei said that HCIG would provide services and support for the main operating units. Both sides have made it clear that, based on the strategic framework agreement, they will jointly respect the traditions and culture of both countries, and promote the follow-up business negotiations of the project in accordance with the laws. Then, senior executives from both sides witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Hunan Construction Engineering Group No.2 Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of HCIG, and BCPC.
