Cai Dianwei, chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), led a delegation to Saudi Arabia for inspection from October 25 to 27.

At the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia, he had an exchange with Minister Counselor He Song.

He Song welcomed Cai Dianwei and his delegation, and said that the China-Saudi Arabia relationship is currently at its best in history. He hoped that HCIG will continue to give play to its own advantages to promote the high-quality development of the “Belt and Road”, and the embassy will continue to support the group to further explore the Saudi market.

Cai Dianwei introduced the group’s international business development as well as project cooperation and future plans in Saudi Arabia in detail. The group makes efforts to advance the high-quality “Belt and Road” cooperation, and will seize market opportunities, prevent and control various risks, and promote the construction of key projects based on its own expertise and the advantages in the whole industry chain under the guidance and support of the embassy in the future, contributing to China-Saudi Arabia cooperation.

In Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, Cai Dianwei and his delegation visited the Specialist Union Investment Company and the Middle East Regional Management Center of China Harbour Engineering Company for work coordination. They held talks on future cooperation matters between the two sides, and conducted inspection at the project construction site.

In Dammam, an industrial city of Saudi Arabia, Cai Dianwei and his delegation had in-depth communication and exchanges on further deepening cooperation and promoting key project construction with Saudi Aramco and AZMEEL Holding Company.
