Cai Dianwei, chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), led a team to visit Russia from August 20 to 24.

In Moscow and Perm cities, Cai Dianwei and his delegation inspected local energy companies and highway enterprises and conducted relevant exchanges.

During this period, Cai Dianwei and his delegation exchanged information on the Russian infrastructure market with Luo Erxi, the general manager of Sany Heavy Industry in Russia.

In Saint Petersbourg, Cai Dianwei and his delegation went to the Saint. Petersburg representative office of the Export-Import Bank of China to have discussions and exchanges with Chief Representative Li Liang and his team for the relevant situation of economic and trade work.

Subsequently, Cai Dianwei and his delegation also went to the construction sites of housing and municipal projects in St. Petersburg. They conducted research on the current development status and future trends of local urban planning, infrastructure, and other fields.

During this period, they also visited the Russian representative office of the group to conduct work research with front-line employees.

Representatives from the International Cooperation Department of the group, Hunan Road and Bridge, Hunan Industrial Equipment Installation, SHICO, and Hunan International Communications Economic Engineering Cooperation COLTD were present during the visits.
