Cai Dianwei visits UAE
Cai Dianwei, chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), led a delegation to conduct a series of inspections in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from October 28 to 30.
At the Chinese Embassy in the United Arab Emirates, Cai Dianwei had an exchange with Zhu Lian, economic and commercial counsellor. Zhu Lian greeted Cai Dianwei and his delegation. He hoped that HCIG can make the UAE market a growth point for its international business and a training base for international talent teams relying on the projects under construction, helping promote the high-quality development of the “Belt and Road”. The embassy will continue to support the group to deepen its efforts in the UAE market.
Cai Dianwei provided a detailed introduction to the group’s international business operations, project cooperation and future development in UAE. He said that the group attaches great importance to the UAE market. In the future, under the guidance and support of the embassy, the group will increase market penetration, and strengthen performance guarantee capabilities based on its advantages in the whole industry chain, contributing to the in-depth development of China-UAE all-round strategic partnership.
In Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE, Cai Dianwei also had in-depth exchanges with relevant partners and visited the project construction site to gain a detailed understanding of construction technology and quality construction standards.
In Dubai, Cai Dianwei and his delegation visited DAMAC for discussions and exchanges on further deepening cooperation, and conducted on-site inspections of the cooperative project.
During the period, Cai Dianwei was invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the DAMAC Golf Green 2 project and deliver a keynote speech. DAMAC is one of the most well-known developers in Dubai. The project, implemented by HCIG, covers a construction area of 115,000 square meters, with a design height of 131 meters, and a construction period of 780 days.
