Zhongxiang Intelligent Construction of HCIG has scored another success in the Indonesian market. After 60 days of efficient on-site assembly, Building 1 of Phase I of the Indonesian Modular Dormitory Project, constructed by Golden Scale Armor, has successfully passed acceptance inspection, earning high praise from the owner for its construction efficiency and quality. Meanwhile, the company has successfully won the contract for Phase II of the project, demonstrating the strong capabilities of Zhongxiang Intelligent Construction’s smart construction brand.

The completed Indonesian Modular Dormitory Project is a modern residential community specially developed for employees of an industrial park in Indonesia. Comprising three dormitory buildings, the project is delivered fully fitted out with facilities including bathrooms and Wi-Fi. It has a total gross floor area of 6,897 square meters and accommodates up to 500 residents. The three-story buildings are designed for a seismic intensity of 7 degrees and adopt steel-structure modular construction technology throughout, with a designed service life of up to 50 years. It is the first large-scale modular building system from Hunan to be deployed overseas. Since the launch of Phase I, Golden Scale Armor has maintained close communication with the client, continuously followed up on project requirements and refined the project solution. From the arrival of materials at the port to installation and handover, the project took only two months, shortening the construction period by 90% compared with conventional construction and earning high recognition from the owner. 

Building on the benchmark effect of Phase I, Golden Scale Armor successfully secured Phase II on the strength of its technological advantages and ability to adapt its solutions to local conditions. Phase II has a total gross floor area of approximately 4,598 square meters and includes more than 100 dormitory rooms and supporting public facilities.

The successful completion and acceptance of Phase I and the award of Phase II of the Indonesian Modular Dormitory Project mark another milestone in Zhongxiang Intelligent Construction’s internationalization strategy.
