Recently, Hunan Provincial Communications Planning, Survey & Design Institute Co., Ltd. (HNCDI), a subsidiary of Hunan Construction Investment Group, was granted the qualification of enterprises managing  complete foreign aid projects by the Ministry of Commerce.

This marks another significant business qualification obtained by HNCDI, following its previous core technical service unit for preliminary design review of highway specialty by the Ministry of Transport and investment consulting and evaluation unit qualification (highway specialty) by the National Development and Reform Commission.
