On the afternoon of August 1, local time in Kenya, Cai Dianwei, secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Hunan Construction and Investment Group (HCIG), led a delegation to visit the Embassy of China in Kenya and the economic and counselor’s office.

 They held talks and discussions with Zhang Yijun, the economic and commercial counselor at the embassy, on the group’s expansion of the infrastructure construction market in Kenya, as well as Kenya’s current and future economic development.
