From November 22 to 24, Turkey Time, Jiang Difei, vice governor of Hunan Province, visited Turkey with the economic and trade delegation to deepen the exchanges and cooperation between Hunan and Turkey in the construction industry, infrastructure, equipment manufacturing and other fields for the joint construction of the “Belt and Road”. Cai Dianwei, chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), visited Turkey as a member of the delegation.

The delegation successively inspected the renovation and repair project of old buildings in the urban area of Istanbul, the Putzmeister factory of Sany Group as well as the office of AVIC-INTL Project Engineering Company (AVIC INTL) in Istanbul, and visited the senior management of Turkey Kalyon Group as well as the delegation led by Borat, vice chairman of the Investment Office of Turkish Presidential Office.

In recent years, HCIG has continued to accelerate its market layout in key areas of Europe and Asia, promote the deep expansion and outward extension of new international engineering formats and models, and leverage its advantages in the entire industry chain and multiple business formats to achieve a higher level of mutual benefits for both sides.

On the morning of November 23, the delegation visited the Putzmeister factory of Sany Group, observed the production and assembly process of concrete pump trucks in compliance with European quality and management standards, and then exchanged views on Sany’s market development, factory operation and localized staff management in Turkey.

On the afternoon of November 23, the delegation had a discussion with Wang Runlan, general manager of AVIC INTL, and Tang Yuezhen, general representative of AVIC INTL in Turkey, to promote cooperation between AVIC INTL and HCIG in sludge combustion power generation and sewage treatment projects in Turkey.

Through a series of inspections and exchanges, HCIG further expanded its economic and trade cooperation with Turkey, strengthened industrial matchmaking, and achieved a series of important results.

Jiang Difei said that China and Turkey are important strategic partners of the Belt and Road Initiative. HCIG, as a leading enterprise in the construction industry, should lead Hunan’s enterprises to further expand the market in the Balkan region, broaden international engineering and trade cooperation with Turkey and the surrounding other countries, in a bid to develop into a world-class enterprise and make greater contributions to the joint construction of the “Belt and Road”.
