Qin Guowen visits New Zealand for DHB project

On the morning of October 29 New Zealand time, Qin Guowen, vice governor of Hunan Province, and the delegation visited New Zealand for the inspection on the DHB affordable housing project (Wirihana), which was constructed by Hunan Construction Engineering Group (NZ) Limited, a subsidiary of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG).

Qin Guowen and his delegation had a detailed understanding of the construction technology of wood frame houses, engineering progress, housing sales progress, and the technical achievements of the new integrated bathroom independently developed by the group. They spoke highly of the on-site safety, quality, and occupational health management of the DHB project, the achievements of Chinese technology and products applied in projects, and the development of HCIG in the New Zealand market.

He said that it is necessary to summarize the experience of business operation and implementation management of infrastructure projects undertaken in developed countries, cultivate a high-quality international talent team, and form a replicable and promotable model so as to enhance the brand and expand international markets.
