The two sections of the Camalaniugan Bridge in the Philippines, the first cable-stayed bridge fully invested by the Philippine government and the key large-scale bridge project in a foreign country designed and built by a construction enterprise in Hunan for the first time, joined together on the early morning of September 19. This project was undertaken by Hunan Road & Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. (HNRB), a subsidiary of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG).

The closure of the main bridge of the Camalaniugan Bridge marks that HNRB’s first overseas extra-large bridge EPC project enters the final stage. As a pioneer of the group applying the advanced technology of bridge design and construction in overseas projects, the project team has made great efforts to promote the smooth progress of the project, effectively enhancing the influence and competitiveness of the group in the international road and bridge market.
