Qi Shengfang visits Affordable Housing Project in New Zealand
On the afternoon of December 22 New Zealand local time, Qi Shengfang, chairman of the Social Construction Committee of the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress, visited New Zealand together with his delegation to investigate the Affordable Housing Project in Wirihana, 10 Kerrs Road, Manukau in New Zealand by Sino-Hunan International Engineering and Development Co., Ltd. (SHICO), a subsidiary of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG).
At the conference, Qi Shengfang and his delegation listened to the basic situation of the company in New Zealand, as well as the construction technology and progress of the project’s wooden frame houses.
He affirmed the performance of HCIG as a provincial state-owned enterprise in the New Zealand market. He pointed out that HCIG should summarize the implementation and management experience of infrastructure projects undertaken in developed countries, improve project control capabilities, enhance brand image, and achieve business transformation and upgrading, contributing to achieving the blueprint of “Three Hubs and Four New Missions”.
