Hunan Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), won the bid for the construction of the Parking Building and Shopping Center in Santo Domingo, Ecuador on May 13. It's the first project in the South American market. So far, the company's overseas business has covered Asia, Europe, Africa, America and Oceania.

The project is located at the intersection of Quito Road and Toachi River Road (Former Caracas School Site). With a total construction area of approximately 30,000 square meters, the development involves the construction of an 8-story steel-structured complex combining a parking facility and a shopping center. The project also includes a rooftop food court and an open-air activity area.

Once completed, it will become the tallest and most modern landmark in Santo Domingo, helping improve the local urban infrastructure, meet the needs of communities, ease traffic congestion, and create a safe and orderly public space.
