Chairman Cai visits UAE for business and project construction
From September 8 to 9 local time, Cai Dianwei, chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), led a delegation to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to carry out a series of economic and trade activities, supervise project construction, visit overseas front-line workers and put forward work requirements.
On the morning of September 8, Cai Dianwei and his delegation went to EDF Renewables Middle East, exchanging ideas with its CEO Olivier Bordes on expanding cooperation in the field of new energy in the Middle East market.
Olivier Bordes welcomed Cai Dianwei and his delegation, introduced EDF's development in the Middle East, and highly praised HCIG's comprehensive strength and full industry chain service capabilities.
He added that the new energy market in the Middle East is in a period of rapid development. They looked forward to further deepening communication with HCIG, integrating resources, jointly expanding more cooperation opportunities, and promoting innovation and sustainable development in the energy field.

On the afternoon of September 8, Cai Dianwei and his delegation met with Mr. Hefjul Bari Mohammad Iqbal, chairman of MNI Investment Limited, the owner of the Dubai SO Hotel project for discussion and exchange of views.
Both parties said that they would work together to promote the high-quality implementation of the Dubai SO Hotel project, and rely on the full industry chain advantages of HCIG and the rich hotel project development experience of MNI Investment Limited to further expand business cooperation in the UAE, create more benchmark projects, and achieve win-win cooperation.
On the morning of September 9, Cai Dianwei and his delegation went to KLN Shipping & Logistics Services Co L.L.C(Abu Dhabi, Head Office) to have in-depth exchanges with its general manager Liao Hua on the potential for cooperation in local logistics infrastructure, industrial real estate, and industry-trade integration.
On the afternoon of September 9, Cai Dianwei and his delegation inspected the DAMAC Golf Green 2 Project in Dubai and visited front-line employees.
At the symposium, Cai Dianwei listened in detail to the report on project safety management, construction production arrangements, cost control and other aspects, and expressed gratitude to the front-line employees for their efforts to expand overseas markets.
For the next step of work, he put forward five requirements. The first is to be a good pioneer. All employees should strengthen confidence in international business development, demonstrate the responsibility of a state-owned enterprise in market development, model innovation, and cross-cultural integration, to continuously improve the international operation level of the group.
