Liu Yiqi leads delegation to visit New Zealand and Australia
Zhang Xiang, deputy director of Hunan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Provincial People’s Government, visited New Zealand and Australia with his delegation from January 13 to 17 local time. Liu Yiqi, deputy general manager of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), joined the delegation.
In Auckland, the largest port city in New Zealand, they went to the Barrowcliffe Affordable Housing Project and the Affordable Housing Project for on-site investigation. They gained a detailed understanding of the overall planning, technical specifications, marketing, and other aspects of the projects.
During this period, Liu Yiqi visited Avant Group with the delegation, and the two sides had discussions and exchanges on the management of projects under construction and cooperation models for future projects.
During the stay in New Zealand, they went to New Zealand One Belt One Road Council for exchange, and the two sides carried out in-depth discussions on the new ways and new opportunities of deepening cooperation between Hunan provincial state-owned enterprises and local enterprises in New Zealand, as well as the development prospects of New Zealand’s new energy development plan and photovoltaic cooperation projects in the new market.
In Perth, the capital of Western Australia, and Sydney, Australia’s largest industrial center, they visited the Main factory of Topend Group in Perth, Briggs Veneer's factory in Sydney, and the photovoltaic module warehouse of Australian Branch of Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. for in-depth exchanges on building materials, infrastructure, and new energy development in Australia.
During this period, they witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Sino-Hunan International Engineering and Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of HCIG, and Topend Group in Australia. The two sides plan to carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of new energy, overall supply chain solutions, and cooperation project development in Australia.
