The Hunan Construction Engineering (M) SDN.BHD. signed an agreement with Kingsun Automotive (Malaysia) SDN. BHD to build a new factory project in March 2025. 

The project is located in the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park and mainly includes pile foundations, the main factory building, as well as auxiliary works of fire protection, water supply and drainage. 

Once completed, the project will enhance the production capacity and modernization level of facilities for Kingsun, and boost the local economic and social development. 

The project is an important marketing achievement of the group to tap the market potential and fully grasp the general trend of industrial development and upgrading in Malaysia, which has positive significance for it to continue to expand the industrial construction field in the Southeast Asian market.
