Cai Dianwei visits Malaysia for business activities

Cai Dianwei, chairman of Hunan Construction Investment Group (HCIG), led a delegation to Malaysia for a series of business activities from February 23 to 25.

At the PETRA, Cai Dianwei and his delegation had in-depth exchanges with YBHG DATO’MOHD RODZWAN BIN MOHD BABA SAKRI, deputy secretary general of PETRA, on promoting the co-construction of the “Belt and Road” initiative and the national clean energy development plan in Malaysia, and participating in the cooperation in multiple fields in Malaysia, such as water infrastructure upgrading, garbage power generation, biomass power generation, water environment governance, and smart energy.

At SILAU HASIL SDN BHD, a local partner company in Malaysia, Cai Dianwei and his delegation conducted an in-depth discussion with LARRY KOH SU KIAN, managing director of the company, on the development prospects of the Malaysian market, deepening cooperation, and advancing construction of key projects.

During their stay in Malaysia, Cai Dianwei and his delegation visited the Malaysian branch of the group. They listened in detail to the reports on the progress of ongoing projects, key follow-up projects, and localized operations. They affirmed the achievements made by the company since entering the Malaysian market and expressed gratitude to the front-line employees for their dedication to expanding Southeast Asian markets for a long time.

Cai Dianwei emphasized the need to create landmark projects through high-standard performance, strengthen internal cross-sector coordination, integrate technological, management, and resource advantages for the group’s brand integration on the international market. Meanwhile, it’s necessary to strengthen communication and coordination with local governments and professional companies to further refine project management experience, in a bid to create a standardized operation model for sustainable development in the Southeast Asian market.
