The Hunan No.6 Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hunan Construction Investment Group, actively responded to national initiatives and seized the opportunities arising from infrastructure development in Kyrgyzstan. HCIG successfully won the bid for the main civil works general contracting of the Osh Municipal Solid Waste Technology Treatment Project, achieving a major breakthrough in the Central Asian market.

As a key livelihood project in Osh, the project covers a total area of approximately 140,000 square meters, with a treatment capacity of 850 tons per day and an annual waste treatment volume of about 310,000 tons. It is equipped with one mechanical grate incinerator and a supporting steam turbine generator unit. Upon completion, the project will eliminate the outdated practice of open-air landfill and adopt advanced technologies to realize harmless and resource-efficient waste treatment. It will significantly improve the local ecological environment and is expected to become a benchmark project in Kyrgyzstan and the broader Central Asian region.
